Akshar Neelakanta founded Ads By Akshar in Hyderabad in 2022. The first account came with a cautious budget and a straightforward expectation: make the advertising worth continuing.
The client stayed. Referrals brought more businesses, and each account brought a different problem to solve. A local business needed more calls. A spa needed relevant enquiries. A retailer needed people to consider its products.
That is how the agency grew: one account, one business and one referral at a time.
